The hotel is a quiet and friendly place with very helpful employees at the reception desk. There is a variety of good food available for meals and the check-in process is easy. they offer late check-out and free wifi.

Everything was perfectly fine, including fabulously friendly and accommodating staff at reception desk. It was right in the heart of Patong with Jungceylon Night Market nearby. And the area was lively, not far from patong beach & Bangala Street, and night life.

This venue is centrally located and offers exceptional service from all staff members, plus a wide selection of delicious breakfast options.

how it is close to everything. Shopping food and the best of all the beach

The air con. If the level is booked out the air con isn't that great sometimes it can take all night for the room to cool down. Also regardless if you request to get your room made up they Will walk in anyways. Plus the first night there, there were pist stained on the toilet seat took them a couple of day to Clean that up

Good location. Very close to Patong beach and Soi Bangla.

The hotel didn't have hot water but we have not been informed when we checked in. The staff was not friendly at all and asked us to check out and look for another hotel by ourselves, even though we are two girls travelling alone, and the sky was getting dark. We asked to borrow his phone to call Booked.net for help but he refused to lend us his phone. It was a traumatic experience for us.

Not easy to reach with the car, announced private parking does not belong to hotel properties

Great location, great rooms and even better price, but comes at a price with extreme noise levels outside.

Surrounding noise is very load.

Had a really cozy stay here, as usual. Loads of tasty food options to choose from. the room was super clean and comfy, with awesome facilities to enjoy. 🌟

Everything is Good for the value, total of 4 room we take, all the room air-conditional is not cold enough, Phuket weather is damm hot....

The hotel was exceptionally close to all interesting sceneries in Patong.The staff were always helpful and friendly, comfort was a plus here and I would recommend this to anyone.
